Our doors arrive from Central America "flush".  That means they are flat and without any design.  This makes them highly versatile.  They can be routered to any design of your choosing, whether its conventional panels, geometric shapes and patterns or even custom carving.  Perhaps you only want panels on the outside of the door and the reverse recessed to take a mirror?  We can do that. 

Please go ahead and compare an Authentic Door to a common hardwood door on the market.  We can only shine by comparison.  Most of the doors offered for sale as "solid" are not.  They are only solid in that they are not hollow.  This is very misleading to the consumer.  The hardwood component in a common door is usually nothing more than a veneer over a core that is often made out of MDF particle board.  Most door companies will tell you that an "engineered" core is essential to the strength and stability of a door but, in reality, it's just a cheaper, easier way of making a door.  Quite often, even the panels are veneer.  Sometimes doors sold as "mahogany" are made of the vastly inferior African variety.  If it doesn't say Honduran mahogany, it's not.  It's yet another example of Buyer Beware.
