How is this possible?
Our doors arrive from Central America in a ‘flush’ design. That is, they have no design at all. If a client selects a panel design, it is machined in. This is only possible because the door is truly solid. It will have all the appearance of a traditional panel door without the rattling that is often problematic with panels that are of separate construction..

How Much Detail can a Design Have?

Our clients are not limited to the usual selection of various combinations of panels. They can choose literally any design they can think of. The CNC machine is capable of any geometrical and precise shape. If the client requires something with a more organic, hand carved appearance, this can be done too. Our doors are on hand in our warehouse so they can be modified to your specifications very quickly.

Selecting a Finish
Authentic doors are so naturally beautiful that they hardly need any finishing at all. While we will finish them any way you specify, we highly recommend simply oiling them. A lot of door companies boast about perfect, durable finishes but this is only really necessary when the wood needs help to look good or protection from knocks and kicks because the wood is soft. The end result with a highly “finished” door is one that looks like it has had plastic poured over it. It may as well be made of plastic. A good quality, oiled door that gets marked or scuffed can simply be re-oiled. Over time it will develop a beautiful, natural patina.

Mouldings
Our door jambs are also made from solid Honduran mahogany. They are not cobbled together from several pieces of wood but are instead rebated to the correct shape. We can also cater to all your moulding needs.
